With In N Out Burger now in Dallas I wouldn't be surprised if he got a franchise eventually in New Orleans as that chain moves east.

Jimmy John's, 5 guys, and In 'n Out all within walking distance from my job in downtown Tempe!

Passed by it today on the way to work and wondered what the hell Jimmie Johns was. Guess this answers it. Even though its Breesus, I'm not a big fan of opening chains around here with all the good options out there.

5 guys is way overrated. My favorites in the NOLA area are Lee's, Port of Call, Yo Mamma's

Brees lived on the Italian Night Club sandwich from Jimmy John's when he was at Purdue, so he always wanted to open one here...he would stop at the Perkins location in BR whenever he would pass through.
Really fast service, just hope they have enough parking...that area of Metry is blowing up with traffic.

Lees is better than in n out but their locations suck. It's always a special trip.

IMHO the best hamburger in the N.O. metro area is at the corner of Airline and Ormond - the Frostop Lottoburger - tastes just like they made them in the 60's. Real beef, the shredded lettuce mixed with that sauce.
This was the same Frostop management that used to be on Jefferson Hwy by Ochsner. It's in a strip mall behind the McDonalds. Puts any other Frostop in N.O. area to shame.....
