I was right underneath the big scoreboard as you look from behind Hartley. Had to rely on the crowd to tell me if it went through because from my angle you can't really tell

Standing up next to my dad behind the couch on our covered patio in our back yard where we have a TV. I remember jumping in the air then turning toward my dad and hugging him.

Yelling in jubilation with 10 other people. That went on for about a minute. Then it got quiet and we all looked at each other. I said ok, let's do that again. So we yelled some more.

That was my happiest football moment. The Superbowl win was just icing on the cake.

I was in Tiger Plaza in Tigerland at a party one of my friends threw. We were trashed. I was on my hands and knees the whole 4th quarter and overtime. I tried calling my father who made me the Saints fan I am today, and after about 30 tries I finally got through to him. The only thing that was said was,"We fuggin did it!"

Was just left of the uprights in the endzone the winning FG went through. The entire row was holding hands and some of us were on our knees. The guy behind me kept saying this is set up perfectly for Hartley to choke. As a life long Saints fan I agreed with him, but that's the day everything changed for us Saints fans.

The day everything changed happened when the Saints couldn't and wouldn't lose a game that season.

Sitting on my couch text arguing with my older brother....he hates the Saints.

When Favre was driving and they got into field goal range he texted me "Game Over...hahaha"...then BOOM!!! Porter with the interception!

I waited til after the kick to text him and all i sent was "HAHAHAHAHA". He texted back "FUUUUCK!!!"

I was in the Terrace to the left of the goal post that the kick went through. From where I was it was hard to see if it was good or not so I had to wait for the reaction of the crowd.

In the terrace, about even with the 30 yard line, with my best friend. I watched the field long enough to see if the kick got blocked, (we had seen the Vikings return a blocked field goal for a touchdown from that exact same seat a year earlier) and then focused on the crowd behind the goal posts to see if it went through the uprights.

After it was over, my friend and I exchanged a huge bro-hug and I sat down in my seat and started crying.

On the front edge of my recliner until it went through and then was running around the house and out in the yard like a maniac.

Section 614 Terrace Row 12 on the 50 yard line -
opponents side.
My Ole Miss buddy's season tickets. He's from North Jackson and has invited me to several games for years.
I told him BEFORE the '09 season started when he asked me what games I wanted to go to - "Any of them, but you KNOW the one I would kill for - the NFCCG if the Saints host."
It was an absolute fricking dream come true....

I swear I think that the deafening cheer in the dome when the kick went through only lasted a second or two - because then everyeone started crying and hugging

Same for me, except in the Loge. We were all holding hands until we knew the kick went in from the crowd's reaction. I remember the almost instant confetti, NFC Champions written on the scoreboards, and Jerry Romig over the PA saying, "The Saints are going to the Super Bowl!!!" I was almost in disbelief that this was actually happening. I will never forget that feeling for as long as I live.

ok so this one i stayed home by my lonesome for..
for some reason i was really really nervous about this game.. vikings scared the shite out of me
so i stayed away from the parties and watched it sober and 2 feet from my 47 inch.. i literally didn't move for the whole game it seems until tracy porter picked off favre.. it was like i was holding in all my nervousness at that point and when he picked the pass off i went into a frenzy!!
what a great game!! and when that ball went through the uprights i just laid on the ground with my eyes close and my hands on my head and keep repeating out load "they did it i can't believe it"!!!!!!!

I was just to the right of the uprights. All the vikings fans around me were really cool the whole game, but kept reminding me of how Harley missed this same kick against Tampa. When it went through they thought we were crazy when my dad and I were both crying.. to me it was better than the super bowl win.

I was with moses, all alone (with my wife) at home upstairs watching on my biggest screen (interestingly, also a 47" like moses'). I'm pretty sure my wife thought I was losing my mind on that Vikings drive right before the pick. I couldn't even watch this game for much of the second half I was so freakin' nervous. When Hartley booted it through, I fell on my knees, blurted out "we're going to the Super Bowl" in sort of a half scream, half grunt and then fell face forward onto the floor.

I was much better for the Super Bowl for some reason and was able to go to a friend's house with about 50 people running around. However, I barely made a peep the entire game. Not when the Colts jumped ahead nor when the Saints climbed back. I didn't even say much when they recovered the onside kick because I didn't want to jinx anything. I just remember thinking let's keep this sucker close and see what happens.

However, when Tracy made the pick, I let out a gutteral sort of croak/scream that was pretty much involuntary and lasted for about a minute or so.
