Myachi to go back on loan to Bolton?
So, is there any bit of truth to any of this stuff or is it all just a crapshoot?

For the record, if that other article is correct I would love to get Kalou.

I'd be fine with Kalou for depth, but I'd rather us sign a player who would have more impact.

As for Ryo, he'll go through preseason with arsenal. Way too early to speculate where he plays next season. I'd be surprised if he went to a Championship team though.

The BBC/EBJT think that all Arsenal players look the same.

Hey guys, remember that time Julio Baptista scored 4 goals for us at Anfield and Aliadiere had a goal, two assists, and earned a PK? Looking back, that might be the strangest sporting event I've ever watched.

Baptista could have had five as he missed a penalty. It's only weird because of the career paths of Baptista and Aliadiere.

Ridiculous the amount of young talent on display. Alas....

I love me some Vela. Kinda sucks that we switched formations and thus lost the need for him. Hope he catches on with a good club in Spain. Should have a long career. Announcers will use the word "impudent" at least 50 more times throughout the course of commentating on his play.

Baptista was definitely still a fairly hot commodity at that point for sure, though I'd argue Aliadiere was considered a bust at that point. True though that it only is more odd because of how they turned out.

They all look so young...we've all grown up so much since 2009...

Lots of other weird things in that video. Wilshere playing wide, Ramsey's backheel actually working, Mark Randall playing, and Gary Speed playing against us, among other things.

Yeah I remember how Wilshere came up playing out wide. Ramsey's backheel was exquisite. He showed explosiveness on his assist there that we haven't really seen post-leg break.

Other weirdness: Merida playing centrally in a 4-4-2. Us actually playing a 4-4-2. Coquelin and Lansbury as subs. Djourou making a nice block and almost scoring a decent goal.

Totally missed Speed playing against us.

Not weird: Beowulf slipping and missing a sitter. Vela chipping Paddy Kenny. Paddy Kenny with some sub-par goalkeeping.

That display had to have the rest of the EPL quaking in their boots. Time gone equals time past.

The biggest thing is confidence. Ramsey looked so confident. I hope he gets that back. That pensiveness we saw this season was hopefully temporary.

I kind of wish we would go back to the 4-4-2. We were really awesome at it.

I wish we'd pull it out every now and then. Wenger used to be more flexible formation-wise. If we sign Giroud, I definitely think we should use it some.

Extremely interesting (and self-serving) Robin van Persie piece, written by a friend of his for Financial Times.

Though no actual RvP quotes rip on his Arsenal teammates, you can tell the author's words are coming from the mouth of RvP.

Highlights:
-He misses Cesc
-Thinks Arshavin, Gervinho and Ramsey are not good enough
-Likes Arteta, Walcott, and Song
-Goes on the record about how his frustrations with Robben and Sneijder is based largely on differences in footballing philosphy
-still upset at Wenger for not buying VDV
