I still don't get the argument that Louisiana prospects are always underrated. It's not just Louisiana, but you see it across the South. Truth being told, there are many school districts that can't afford to produce film on their best prospects. There are plenty of cases in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, and even Florida and Georgia, where kids fall through the cracks because of this. At least from an Alabama prospective, some of the best prospects are those that are "found" at camps in summer on campus. I'm sure LSU has similar stories. You don't seem to see this in Texas, California, and Ohio as much.
