He's trying to say Nick Saban > Les Miles, but is doing a poor job of it.

Recruiting: NS > CLM
Inspirition: CLM > NS
Leadership: CLM > NS
Scheming: CLM > NS
Not demeaning his Players: CLM > NS
Not being Overrated and having numerous NFL busts: CLM > NS
Basically every aspect of coaching except Recruiting: CLM> NS

Overall: CLM > NS

Yea, I agree. CLM !> NS

I think NS is a great coach and I also think that CLM is a great coach. Much better than most of the media give him credit for.

I think his problem is... he's just friggin' weird. Between the clock management debacle and then blaming his players for that, then the grass chewing incident, etc.

In short, he makes himself an easy target...

Just an FYI - Les Miles' overall winning percentage at LSU is 78.5%. Nick Saban's overall winning percentage AT ALABAMA is 79.6% (at LSU, it was 75%) - this does NOT substract the five wins in 2007 that Alabama was required to vacate. Both won SEC and national titles in their third years at the respective schools. Saban is 3-1 in four bowls at Bama (1-1 in BCS bowls) and Miles is 5-1 (2-0 in BCS bowls).

Their resumes are practically identical in every respect playing in the same division of the same conference. Yet, Nick Saban is hailed (probably deservedly) as the indisputable best coach in college football, but Les Miles is often listed as the third, fourth or fifth best coach in the SEC (even lower when Meyer was around).
