Dear yeahart, whats up with the $100.00 increase. i hope its by mistake, and btw your sudden increase in sales is due to a recommendation to this light and your great customer service in an online forum, every one rants over this light. i know its tough competing with the foriegn guys. ball is now in your court, make this right.

seems legit, recent price drop! 1300 may be too bright? any chance you have a 500lm arleady to compare too?

this is what the US seller responded to my message.

quote:

Hi, Sorry having made you confused, it is not the real price, our seller need to control the sales, so they raised the price to stop the customers from buying due to shortage for some time, and when we have new goods in stock, the price will go normal! And you can buy it then!

I kind of thought that might have been it, since it takes a couple weeks to ship from China.

I guess all of us failed to mention that. The dim setting is still brighter than the bright setting on my other light

After 9 pages, can't let this thread die so soon....

My 500 lumen Cree came in last wk. Bought mine from CA. Light worked well straight from box w/ both rechargable batteries. Both chargers work well. On my light, the batteries need to be inserted w/ the positive terminal at the bulb end of the light. Didn't re-read the entire thread, but seems like that's the opposite of someone else's experience.

The light is very bright, but I don't think it's 500 lumens. It's noticeably brighter than lights advertised for 60, 80 and 130 lumens, but it doesn't look THAT bright. It's also noticeably brighter than my son's rechargable Brinkman handheld spotlight he got at WM.

I'm pleased thus far w/ the light and will be buying more. Will give it an extensive test this weekend and get a better idea of how long the charge lasts. My only question pertains to the charger itself. Depending on which battery is in the flashlight, the light on the charger is either red or green. I wonder which light means what.... Will send email to seller to find out for sure.
