Disagree.
Yes, it was a surprise, but a good "brawler" with detective flair to it.........plus a revered comic book hero.......under the radar will only take you so far. Great game. Period. And if AC is an improvement on this game by leaps and bounds, as it's looking, I think it will be a big favorite this year.

Being a comic book game that doesn't suck is surely to its credit... I'm saying that the novelty was partially responsible for its success. You could say this about any sequel, but I think it will be even more true in this case: Now that fans are expecting to be overwhelmed rather than underwhelmed, I think there will be widespread disappointment if it doesn't improve on nearly everything we liked about the first one.
