I'll leave you to it AreJay... Whatever you choose to believe is fine by me. All I know is roast beef tastes better.

I'm far from a chef, but the WD steak gets seared 4 minutes per side and shoved in the oven for a 20 minute roast before I even think of searing my R to MR orders.
