Why doesn't baton rouge have a long John silver's?

Just ate there in Biloxi. Easily the best restaurant I've ever been to

A true Louisianaian wouldn't be caught dead eating at Long John Silvers or Red Lobster.

we have enough chain places but nothing sucks more than a chain seafood place. i dont think it would work here based on the local seafood places being much better.

You don't get out much, do you? Having said that, I've stopped at the one in Little Rock a couple of times while driving through, and I think I hit one in Shreveport a couple of years ago. Not too bad, but nothing to write home about.
