The blind auditions were easily the most interesting part of the show. Should have stretched that out a little longer than two episodes.

I've kind of lost interest.

The gf and I like it. Blind auditions were definitely cool. Javier Colon should win it all, he's fricking awesome.

I don't understand some of the choices by the judges now though. They are moving people along that I think they like more, not really who is better in the sing-offs.

I felt bad for that girl that had to sing against him.

I'm loving the show, but I agree with that statement. When they pick someone because "you walked around the stage like you owned it" or somesuch, that has nothing to do with "voice".

For instance, I still don't see how Bald Lezzie beat the window-cleaner guy.

How can you go against this man..I mean he is by far the best singer on this show.I also think Jeff Jenkins is very good.

So did everyone else, including her and the other judges. Everyone tried to be sweet and nice to her.

Exactly. The bald lesbian has a gritty voice and that's about it. No range. If she's not singing Joplin, she sucks. I thought she was terrible on Baba O'Reilly.

Also, the opera-looking fig Nakia shouldn't have beat Tje, the black dude with the giant fro. Tje definitely outsang him IMO in that battle. Not sure what Cee Lo was thinking.

Is that the really big white dude? If so, I agree...he's my second favorite.

Yes it is and I mean all in all its a good show, but i think there is alot they need to work on for next season........And that nakia guy sucks the only reason he made it cause he sung cee-lo's song.

I forgot to add that her opponent didn't even know the fricking song when it was assigned. She was passable with a song in her genre and that she knew by heart and he was right there with her on a song he hadn't even heard of a week before.

I think she called it right when she said "I'm gonna do Christina".

Tje was good but the song was completely in his wheelhouse, he should have smoked it. Nakia seemed a little stiff at the beginning but really brought it at the end of the song. It was a tough call, but I think I would have (but just barely) gone with Nakia as well just because he hung with Tje on Tje's musical turf (that kind of diverse flexibility impresses me).

Perhaps they shouldn't be able to see the artists at least until America gets to vote. Then it would truly be based on their vocal ability. But I don't know how they would help with training, etc. during the battle rounds.

Agreed.

Blake Shelton, in particular, is terrible.

His choice this week did not fit either group he pitted against each other at all.

Yeah, again, Blake Shelton, moved that country guy along even though he was clearly out sang by the gay Mormon dude.

Javier is the best, thus far, for sure.

I like how the Maroon 5 guy tried to act like it was a difficult choice for a second

Javier is on another level. He has a better voice than the vast majority of famous R&B guys.

But the vote will eventually get decided by America. Which one do you think they'll go for?

Shelton has made weird picks. He picked that really shitty country goober early on then didnt pick another country guy who was 100000x better than that because he didnt sing a Shelton song as "cocky" as he thinks trace adkins and himself are. And god forbid any chick tries to sing a song from his fat fiance's collection.

Is that the same guy that he picked over the gay guy with the glasses in the elimination roud? man i thought that guy was terrible. One of the few picks by the judges that I was really baffled at.
