pretty obvious it was headed that way. I didn't watch many episodes, but from what I could quickly gather he was a stupid redneck who knocked up a chick out of his league so he tried to lock her down ASAP

I thought I read something a few weeks ago that said she was rumored to be cheating on him, I think with ex boyfriends. Either way, it was a messed up relationship to begin with.
