1st time Smoker

of Meat....

Seasoned the Smoker last night and ready to load it up.Looking for something fairly easy and with out a long smoke time to pop the cherry.

Get a pound of honey ham from wal mart and throw it in there for an hour. Seriously though, all the good stuff takes a long time.

We need more information. Gas or electric. Offset, vertical, or other.

I would do chicken or ribs. Or both. I prefer to smoke a whole chicken. And for my first time I would tackle baby back ribs.
