Hornet's Bad Management and Coaching Decisions - Let Paul Go!

Hornet's fans will be very disappointed in the acquisition of Carl Landry. He did not do it here in Sacramento. He had two good years in the NBA with the Houston Rockets. I think the guy is just happy being in the NBA.
As for Marcus Thornton, I do not know what the Hornet's management was thinking about, but they should have kept Marcus Thornton...he will be a star in Sacramento and is the second popular player on team next to Tyreke Evans (last year's NBA Rookie of the year at PG).
The Hornets made some bad trades...knowing the Chris Paul wants to leave in 2012...it will happen. They should have kept Collison and Thornton and build the team around them with West and Okafor.
Look at the trades the Hornets made...awful...how many times are they going to trade for a PG as a backup and then give up their first round for a guy like...Bayless...then traded him away to Toronto for Jack...Binelli is nowhere near the player Thornton is today nor last year. Yes, Thornton's defense is not the greatest, but who defense in the NBA is really great?
Just think back for a minute when Paul was out for an extended period of time with an injury: Did Collison and Thornton not look good together on the court? They were outstanding.
Although Bryon Scott is not the coach anymore, he knew the talent that those two guys brought to the table...Monty Williams got desperate and wanted the team to kiss CP3's A@@ and keep him and traded away great young talent.
PAUL IS GONE IN 2012, and so will be the Hornets. Remember, the word is that the NBA wants to move them to K.C. MO...whether that is true or not at all...PAUL and bad management decisions are ruining this team now, and they will be on the decline and it is sad to see one of your own is going to be a star elsewhere over bad coaching and management decisions, once again.

Good God there is so much idiocy in this post.
No one gives a crap about your randomly timed, awful opinions.
ETA:
This is so wrong it is hilarious. He wasn't even the coach when they got playing time. Thanks for the laugh.
I love that you post shite about Landry after he has great games too. God I could just keep going on. Yeah, the guy that is known for hustle, energy, and effort is just happy to be in the NBA. And the best numbers he has ever put up were right after he got traded to SAC. Your knowledge is astounding.

Byron Scott was long-gone by the time CP3 got hurt...
and when Byron Scott was here, MT5 and DC hardly ever saw the floor... MT5 rarely even dressed out for the game.
i bet you were expecting to make a huge splash with all this groundbreaking information, but everything you've said has been posted 92908238908239 times within the last few months.
...except for the Byron Scott shite... that was just retarded.

While you provide a sensible opinion the fact is that Scott didn't play Thornton and was fired early in the season in part for not developing young players such as Wright and Armstrong.Bower/Floyd were the ones who let DC and Thornton play, they deserve the credit.

Okay...so I made a mistake about who was the coach...one thing for sure is that Marcus Thorton is going to be a star that will not be denied.
Carl Landry is not going to be the player you think he can be...He had to leave the King's because his talent level did not fit the team's concept.
I truly think the King's will have the bigger laugh when it is all said and done. Look at the box score. MT has a bigger impact on this team than what Landry could ever do for the Hornet's.
I can stand up to my mistakes...but can you?

Good luck to the Kings in the playoffs.

He's averaging 21/7 in 3 starts for David West.

First how do you know this? Second, wanting to leave and being able to leave are 2 very different things. Between the new CBA and the player movement that has already occurred CP3's options for both a max contract and contending are very limited.

So they could have kept that pick and drafted a back up PG/combo guard that would take a year or 2 to develop, or they could trade that pick for a similar level player that's already been through the development process.

Why are you even posting here if you follow the Hornets so half assed? Belinelli was acquired for Julian fricking Wright. A spastic shite head that recently refused to go into the game in Toronto because he was offended at being offered garbage time minutes. That was undeniably Demps' best trade and cannot be sullied by your incoherent ramblings.

You're on a roll now Byron was finally fired because he wouldn't play DC and Thornton. Bower is the one that gave them playing time.

No one said they were bad, in fact them being good is why they were traded. You have to give something to get something. DC maybe be a solid starter but he was only going to be a 10 minute a game backup and he was traded for a salary dump and a starter. May not be maximum value but it's good value. I wish we could have traded Green instead, but based on what we had and didn't have, Landry for Thornton isn't the terrible trade Thorntontards make it out to be.

PAUL IS GONE IN 2012
Who knows, he's either staying or will be traded before the deadline next season, but his leaving isn't nearly as certain as your slim grasp of all of the facts makes it seem.

the word is that the NBA wants to move them to K.C
Is the word being pulled out of your arse? Larry Ellison lost a bidding war over the Warriors then he put in a bid on the Hornets. I'm pretty sure he'll be at the front of the line if Chouest doesn't step up.
Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy watching Thornton light it up for the Anaheim Royals.

Some of you guys are so funny...but you refused to discuss the "core" of Thornton's impact on the Kings vs Landry's on the Hornet's.
Carl Landry's best play is driving to the hoop for a foul, if you have not seen now...you will later...when it is too late.

I agree about Marcus's superior talent.Landry didn't have the talent to crack the bigs rotation in Sac town, but he's a decent bench player that is a welcome addition.box scores don't always tell the story of the game , there have been plenty of players whose impact has not been seen in the box score-Doug Christie from Sac town is a prime example.

Have fun looking at the box score when MT doesn't resign with the Kings, while Landry does with us. I will laugh.
ETA: Oh, and also have fun watching the Kings play in Anaheim.

Judging NBA players by box scores. The hits just keep on coming.
I'd be much less inclined to give you shite despite your errors if you didn't feel the need to throw in the relocation garbage btw. Totally pointless and trolling.

Duh. Thornton's going to light it up for the Kings because his minutes will not be effected by his ability to play team defense and he obviously got off on the wrong foot with Monty and that was never fixed. Westphal by comparison is treating him like a son because I think he sees someone that can balance out the 2 other divas on the roster that he has trouble managing.
On the other side of the equation, Landry is the type of blue collar player Monty loves and he's already paying big dividends my picking up West's slack. If we were starting Jason Smith instead of Carl Landry I'd have serious doubts about the Hornets making the playoffs. The way the team is playing with Landry I'm more concerned about moving ahead of Denver and into a bad match up than falling out of the playoffs.
It's called a win win trade. Kings may have won more but both teams got something they were looking for and gave up someone valuable that they weren't using properly to get it.
