I watched both of them play their entire careers at LSU, and was lobbying for Dalton's Heisman in his freshman year. But Faulk was simply more productive and all around better. He was as good as or better as a runner, better as a receiver out of the backfield, and more dangerous as a kick returner. Dalton is one my all time faves, as is Alexander the Great, but Faulk was simply better.

Hilliard was stronger (imo), but even though he had outstanding speed, moves and vision, they weren't as good as Faulk's.
