Wins and Losses Not That Important Right Now.

For LSU baseball right now, the W/L record is not important. The team needs to focus on individual improvement of their game and making progress as a team.

'Cause I'm thinking that when you are playing the #1 team in the country and it's your first conference series...winning is pretty important.

This. It's important to worry about improving in fall and preseason practice. After that, it's important to win. It's more important to win at some times more than others during a season, but winning is always the goal.

Champagne has a point. But noone wants to be swept at home at the beginning of conference play.

I'll ask again, if you don't believe that wins and losses matter now, then when do you think they start to matter?
Would you not agree that winning a series like this would go a long way in building confidence for the rest of the season?
While I don't expect to win every game, let alone every series, I will never say that winning isn't important.
Hell, by your logic we could have no wins right now and still be in good shape. Is that right?

All he is saying is that we can lose a few now and go on a winning streak at the end and stiil reach omaha! So why do so many assholes have to come on here and try to put some people remarks down!! All you guys knew what he ment but you rantards that live to try and be a smart arse on everypost, and stay by the computer or phones just to be dicks and think your so witty and cool need toget a life!!!
