I think another thing that jumps out is that the rest of the SEC lost just as much as we did. Julio Jones and Mark Ingram, gone. AJ Green, gone. Ryan Mallet, gone. Cam Newton, gone. Tim Tebow, long gone.
Aside from Darron Thomas and LaMichael James, who individually jumps out at you on our schedule that seems imposing or daunting? Teams as a whole, whether on our schedule or possible SECCG opponents, are talented and may have marquee players but not on the level those previous players reached. Not yet, anyway. Hopefully it isn't against us that they hit those levels
As far as legit-ness of the qb's, who else has a backup qb that came in off the bench and drove the length of the field, converted 4th&12 late leading to a TD?
Who else has a potentially 3rd-stringer who threw a last minute TD pass on the road in the swamp?
Who else has a QB that's possibly looking at potentially losing all PT this coming season after an injury substitution brings him in to convert a clutch 3rd and long to seal a win over the defending national champs?
They may be inconsistent, but they came through when we needed them after the defense, the strength of the team, couldn't hold teams and gave up late TD drives. They can definitely improve, but give them their due for when they performed to the level they needed to to win games.

Can't add nothing to the very good non-tard post above.
Will be a great year for TIGER football.

ALL we need is a QB. Now we have one.
If Mett can surpass the worst QB in all of div 1, then we'll be elite. If not, another year of anemic offense and disappointment until he graduates.
