Go snorkling for sure.
Of course you have to go to the end of Daval St. for a sunset and to see the street performers.
Party at Irish Kevin's.
Eat at Seven Fish.
I would take a little tour of the island on the tram the first day so you can learn a little of the history and see where alot of the stuff is.
