Well just for less of a head ache and the issues the 6.0 is known for I would not put a tuner on until my warranty was out, if something happens to that motor and its tuned Ford will fight you tooth and nail to honor it and blame the tuner for the engine failure.

I had a 6.0 with a tuner and blew the head gasket at 75,000 miles. i took off the tuner and the dealership fixed it. He did not ask any questions. They can find the tuner if they want to.
