Shouldn't he put something on the floor to support? His job is to get the most out of what he has....IMO he hasn't come close to doing his job. It isn't just about losing it is the product on the court also.

Absolutely, and he's not. What you said earlier about effort is true too, but in their defense, they are very young. I guess what he is doing is putting some young guys on the floor that work together. There isn't a whole lot of selfish play out there. Hopefully in time they'll grow into something. I think a lot of the people that supported the revamp w/ 3-4 year players are quick to run and hide after a couple of poor seasons. He's recruited well of late, and there is some potential there. So yes, he needs to put a good product on the floor, but he's building from scratch. If this continues over the next couple of years the AD will take care of the coaching problem if there is one...
