Interesting Twitter conversation between Perry Riley and Karnell Hatcher. So it posted on another board and thought I would share.

hatchboy37
@PR56 u already kno but we got -10% tho o yea fool they moved me to Sam bih ima need some coaching

PR56 Perry Riley
@hatchboy37 that's what's up! U gonna like that position too! If u play it right u can easily get 7 or 8 sacks. Sam is a good stat position!

@hatchboy37
@PR56 yea they want me to start there and I heard its a stat position but all I seen is the Sam holding up the tight end on the line

There is more to the convo but don't have time to paste...

nice. I think this might be the best move for all involved parties.

It would be a smart move. We need some help at LBs and Hatcher's ability to play the run is really good.

Well, we know he cant cover. Holding up the tight end would be an improvment lol. What's his 40?

Thank you lord. If he doesnt want to make the move put him on the bench because loston and reid aint gonna allow him to start or really play at safety

He's actually complaining about having to hold up the TE once in a blue moon? How many freaking teams use a TE anymore?

The kid should feel damn lucky he might even see the field...he's not one of the best 11 defenders IMO...

Good luck to him though

Need help on Kick Off and you don't want to dance with the tight end!

I guess we weren't expecting the underwhelming performance from Francois. I figured they would have done it before last year, but oh well

More concerned about who's going to play Mike, to be honest.

Baker's name was heard often enough, but usually it was because he got into the backfield on a blitz. I don't watch the LBs enough to know how he is in coverage and run support. I can't see him taking over the middle and being able to not notice a HUGE drop-off from Shep.

Does anyone know more about that? Think we'll see Minter or Jones or who take that spot?

VERY nervous about the LBs for next year. Just glad that we're going to have what appears to be an extremely disruptive front 4 with Mont, Freak, Brockers, and Mingo/Adams.

yep...
i think hatch might even help this out....but your basically trading a 4/3/4 with hatch for a 4/2/5 with Tyrann...during run formations obviously...
