Ohio State simply for the fact that schools like Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Florida, Florida State, Miami, USF, ect ...USC, UCLA, Cal...California, Texas, and Florida have too many big schools. In Ohio , its only Ohio State plus Ohio HS football is top 4 in the nation
