Gross. Recently purchased two pounds and threw it away. Now I will say beniots has great smoked boudin.

I guess while I'm disagreeing...,I don't get the Jerry lee hype! For you all that say Jerry has good head cheese what is your opinion on his boudin? Myself meh, i think it had a lot to do with the rubbery casing. I prefer a crisp casing, i never had his head cheese guess I will have to try it out.

Hi Nabor on Drusilla by my house makes it almost daily. They make a mild version and a hot version.

For being hog head cheese made by a grocery store, it's not too bad. I buy it all the time.
