Jeff Lee on La'El Collins now

This dude is just too funny.
Who: OL La'El Collins, Redemptorist (Baton Rouge, La.)
When: Feb. 2 (Signing Day), TBA
Where: Redemptorist High School
Considering: LSU and Auburn
Official Visits: Auburn (Nov. 12-14), LSU ((Jan. 21-23)
Thoughts: Not many think Collins ends up anywhere but LSU, where he has been committed to since September. However, if the nation’s No. 2 offensive tackle decides to play out of state it will be at Auburn. The Tigers hosted Collins on an official visit in November and have remained a serious contender since. Although it will be tough for Auburn to pull Collins from LSU, the Tigers do have a chance.
Collins was planning to be back on the Plains over the weekend, but was not able to make it. The visit would have helped Auburn in its efforts to pull off the Signing Day shocker. Even though Collins didn’t visit, he still has interest in Auburn. It will be tough. It would be the biggest steal in the country, the biggest news story of Signing Day 2011. I would have felt better about the Tigers’ chances of landing him had Collins visited again, but I’m still not ready to fully concede him just yet.
Auburn’s Chances: 55%

Wonder how long until Auburn "pulls themselves out of the running".

Someone should let Lee know that La'El has already booked his signing day party with other LSU commits.

You think after reading that he honestly believes La'El is more likely to sign with Auburn than LSU? And you think he was being honest 2 days ago (after it was confirmed La'El didn't visit) that La'El was a 75% lean to Auburn?
I don't. I think he's selling subscriptions to a newly energized fanbase who believes that Auburn is now all of a sudden a "player" and a "special place" and all this talk of buying recruits is bunk.
My 2 cents.

How does that equal 55% chance of him signing with auburn. I think lee needs to learn how percentages work. I don't think he realizes he is saying auburn has a better shot at signing him then anyone else.

Please use your brains and ignore J. Lee.
I dont know what's worse...him spewing this nonsense or LSU fans getting nervous about it.
0% chance Collins goes to AU...zero!!!!

Has to go down as one of the dumbest posts/predictions in recruiting history, at least amongst folks that earn a living in that industry.

22. RB Brent Calloway
23. DB Erique Florence
24. DL Gabe Wright
25. OL Cyrus Kouandjio
26. OL La'El Collins

So he's backing off his original chance of 75%.

The percentages are for the gullible Auburn fans who can't read but learned enough to know that the higher the number, the better their chance.
It really confuses them when a player says they are 125% committed.
