Cotton Bowl Question for Oregon Kickoff Game Planning

I missed the Cotton Bowl but am really looking forward to doing the kickoff Oregon game right. It's a slow day on the board so I'm hoping some of you guys that went to JerryWorld earlier this month can tell me what to expect.
How was the traffic getting to the stadium? Was it not much hassle to park? If you didn't pay the Cowboys directly for a parking spot, how much did you pay to someone private in the area?
And what was the tailgating actually like before and after?
Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

...We tailgated before the game.
It is a very nice set up. There are 13 parking lots. All are brand new and have plenty of port-o-lets. You should arrive early to park on the periphery to claim the grass area behind your vehicle.
Traffic was not a problem getting in and there was no problems getting out. They reverse the lanes of traffic. Very few bottle necks.

Traffic getting to the stadium was no issue whatsoever. I did not buy a parking pass, so I am not sure how much they cost, but parking around the stadium is f'ing crazy. $80 to park right near the stadium in one the local business parking lots...$60 a little farther out...and so on.
Tailgating was meh.

I walked from the hotel, so I can't speak much on the traffic. There was parking available a fair distance from the stadium with shuttles (about $20-30/car).
The tailgating existed, but obviously nothing like an on-campus experience.
Some had trouble with lines getting inside the gates, but I ran into zero problems.
The stadium is very easy to maneuver within. Plenty of concessions, not long lines, etc.

Some hotels close by (6flags) have shuttle service to & from the stadium. La Quinta @ 6 flags has free shuttle service & it's right by humperdicks.

Find a hotel with a shuttle. We're at the Crown Plaza. No way I'm trying to park at that zoo.
