Despite what the media says, LSU has a very high reputation among the college football realm.
And who cares if the media likes us? If we won another BCSNC, then all that matters is our success.

I do not think anyone can say that any one program is THE best anymore. It is not like the 50's where OU riped out 3 or 4 straight NCs.
Too many good programs. You have to take the view of being a top 5 or a top 10 program, with a debate on how those teams rank.
