There is no sense of "entitlement." That's just a bizarre argument. When your son comes to you with a "C" in math, and you tell him you are disappointed and that he should study harder to make an "A," do you do that because you feel that you are "entitled" to a son who earns "A's," or do you do it because you recognize that your son has the talent to make an "A" and you want him to be excellent, the best person he can be?

When I express disappointment that LSU has only won a single SEC champiopnship under Miles, it isn't because I believe I am "entitled" to anything. Rather, it is because I know that LSU has the recruiting base, facilities, and other attributes necessary to be consistently excellent. We can win the SEC more often than once every six years. I want LSU to be the best program it can be.

This isn't hard to grasp unless you have a particular agenda.

Now, maybe you are one of those unfortunate souls who truly does believe that LSU can't do any better than one SEC title every six years, maybe you fall in the school of thought that regards LSU as mired in middle tier of the SEC for all eternity. I don't.

Finally, your assertion that NOBODY can "dominate" the SEC is belied by recent history. Bama under Saban had back to back undefeated regular seasons in the SEC. More generally, Saban has won three SECCG's in his last eight seasons in the SEC. Florida under Meyer won two SECCG's/NC's in a span of three years. Even Auburn has won two SEC titles since 2004. This clearly demonstrates that is is possible to win multiple SEC titles in a short span of time. That is all I am asking Miles to do.

It's a lazy and nonsensical analogy. LSU football is not my son and there is no "math class".

Saban (your gold standard) was 48-16. Les is 62-17. Saban BLEW games with astonishing regularity. Remember iowa ? The 2002 arkansas game ? The blowout to Georgia ? Of course you dont....that's all forgotten because we had the unbelievable good fortune to win the SEC in 2001 with THREE losses in SEC play.Hell we STARTED that year 0-2 in conference play !

And make no mistake, that IS what you are talking about when you say 'championships". and yet you HACKISHLY refuse to acknowledge the difference in the SEC west in 2002 as compared to the SEC circa 2005-2010.

The SEC is currently at an all-time high. The competition is ridiculous. We will NOT win on YOUR freakin schedule or to satisfy your delicate sense of entitlement. For instance, your beloved saban may not win the SEC title next year (I'm betting on the Tigers) and that would give him ONE SEC title in FIVE years. You think he's a freaking "C student" ?

The truth is, you don't like Les Miles, his 11-2, 11-2, 12-2, 8-5, 9-4,11-2 records, one SEC championship, one BCS championship and 5 bowl wins over Miami, ohio State, Texas a&m, Georgia Tech and Notre Dame leave you wanting, and you want us to believe you don't have a sense of entitlement. Lol.

LSU will win another SEC crown soon and guys like you will be here to make every single second of it as miserable as you can, just like you ALWAYS do. Someday you'll tell your grandkids about the great Patrick Peterson and how much you didn't enjoy watching him play at LSU.
