What plays do you hope Crowton took with him?

That you never hope to see again and all remnants and memories of them are scrubbed away. For me:
~Short side option
~Run up the middle on EVERY single first down
~Pass short of the sticks on 3rd and long

Was talking to a friend of mine that is a Texas fan.....he said Gary Crowton sounds like Greg Davis.

How many times did we ever gain yardage on that play? Seems like we did once or twice.
Did it ever make a good gain? I don't recall it ever doing anything but lose yardage.

I think you will be sad to find out that miles was behind the ss option and run up the middle. GC was more likely a fan of the passes short of the 1st down.

3rd and a yard, put 8-9 men on the line of scrimmage and 2-3 in the backfield and run the ball and not make ever cause THERE IS NO RUNNING ROOM!

The option and running up the middle on first down, was the Head Hatter! My guess, you'll see that next year regardless of the OC.
