A team he'd leave us for...twice. This pretty much solidifies him as our coach, which i like, but does Michigan ever attempt to snag Miles again? Or do they fear of striking out 3 times?

have they ever offered him the job?

everyone involved says they never did in 2007

we don't know if they offered him the job with their last trip

Les is not a "Michigan Man". He is a true LSU TIGER.

They aren't going to offer him if he straight up says I am happy at LSU. Youre naive if you think Miles hasn't shafted Michigan twice.

by all accounts now, they never offered in 2007

they came to BR, but we don't know if they truly tried to work out a deal or to smoke screen their desire for hoke

the UM people continue to claim hoke is, and has been, the choice

No proof from any sources that Miles turned down an offer from Michigan in 2007 or 2011.

I have no idea what went on. But michigan didn't come down here on their jets and not a) ask him if he'd leave LSU for Michigan
Or
B) offer les miles.

Either way he obviously said no thanks. Meaning he has now tallied up two shafts towards michigan.

Have a great day.

Of course UM people say it's been Hoke all along. shite if I went after Sean Payton and he said no I'd be willing to bet the fanbase would say nah we never truly went after him too.

if they wanted hoke, and wanted to appease their fanbase, sure they would

ESPN is reporting no contract was even offered

basic terms were discussed and miles declined and set UM on their way

he never got an offer in 2007...
