Guys, the "eight win season" thing is just the writer's interpretation. Relax. He's just saying "if I make this commitment to you, you've got to be committed to me."

Its a perfectly reasonable request. And yes, believe it or not 8 win seasons happen to the best coaches out there. I'm happy to have a coach who turns it around and pulls out a 10 win season afterwards - unlike some who can't get the ship going again (ahem UGA)

If he needs a warm fuzzy feeling every day from the administration and fanbase, he needs to man up and accept the fact this is the career he's chosen....and is paid handsomely for it

He has four years left on his contract for approximately $15 mil guaranteed.

What more commitment does he want?
