Raw milk tastes better than pasteurized milk as well, creamier. I've been drinking raw milk for over a year now. My family has had no issues from it.

I'm over in Liberty Hill which still has the small town feel and great schools. Check out Cedar Park/Leander area as well. They have some good schools too. No matter what, $550k will be tuff.

The growth everywhere in this area is crazy. If you are a small town, you won't be for long.
Leaving around 8am from Liberty Hill would take at least 45min on average.
LH still has that small town feel with the school spirit. Every sport, girls or boys, is competitive and usually in the playoffs. There are lots of new neighborhoods being built. Most of them will be off of the Ronald Reagan / Hwy 29 corridor. It has easy access to tolls and no reason to use I35.

I live in Liberty Hill (great school district and high school sports) and drive downtown once a week. Takes me about 30 min going to work when I leave around 6:50am. Coming home is about 15 min longer.

Lived in Austin area for about 7 years and have been to a few games here. The tailgating is not even close to Baton Rouge. Here is a little info I've found in the past.
