phone works, ya, but maybe Miles wanted to meet face to face to see how sincere he is. Or maybe Lloyd himself wants to do it in person to prove there is no hard feelings and he really feels Miles is the best option to turn the program around.
Lloyd probably has nothing to do with it, but it's also interesting that he has a home in HH that hes reported to be at right now.
