LOOK THE SEASON IS ALL OVER> now lets put the whole bush thing to rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The man is a good RB. "great RB.. no/" and he knows that. he needs to rework his contract and be glad to be with a team willing to work with him.
and weeeeee all need to move on and focus on other things then just bush next year

Bush or his salary cost us the game today. Either way, it falls on him. <sarcasm alert for those who do not know me.

Tangerine, I definitely agree that this was a team loss, that we just weren't prepared, didn't want it as much, etc. but please tell me a better place to start when trying to improve this team for next year than to rid the team of overrated Reggie and his crippling contract then use that extra money to sure up the D, pay for pass rushing DE, or better OT

restructure. There is no way to tell, but I believe if he was not hurt today, we'd have pulled it out. Maybe not though. But yes, he was hurt. Restructure

Offense put up 36 points. Unless Bush was expected to cover the TE, he didn't lose the game.

Bush will not be back. Not without a huge pay cut.

saintbachous,

You his agent? I didn't expect too much from Bush, but after improvement last year was hoping (but not expecting) a breakout year. This was his game to step up and he didn't. A rb career isn't long and he needs to make the most of it, and this year was a complete bust. If it weren't for his monster salary, he would almost be irrelevant this year and nobody would talk much about him.

Evidence of Bush as a good football player:
- poor runner
- average pass catcher
- below average punt returner
- can't make the big play
- goes down on the first tackle attempt
- made $8 mil this year; due $11.5 mil next

Coming from someone who bought a Bush jersey and has always defended him. i am officially done with reggie bush. I hope the saints just release him because i doubt he will want to restructure at what we will offer. maybe we could trade him to an AFC team and get a 3rd or 4th. Either way, i am done

And a lot of it has to do with being so damn dissapointed. He is a phenomenal athlete who dominated in college. I really thought that would have translated to the pros.

Bush defenders and Bush haters, its been 5 years. the light isn't going to switch on. very sad, but its a reality

EXACTLY! cannot blame the O. the defense was disgraceful. lost to a 7-9 team and gave up over 40 points. heads need to roll over that. this is the damn playoffs not preseason gregg williams.
