You know I find it funny that the person starting a thread to bash me is same lil girl that's been beggin me for a free membership for months. And to answer your question as to why people come to my gym..or any for that matter...because they find value in it. I'm good at what I do and I get my clients results. People have been paying me for it for 12 years so either they find value in it or they just got OT money and like to give it away

Rules are: We post the workout, some pics and the results so people can see you're actually coming and not bailing out on me and then bad mouthing me for no reason on here....again. You either gotta put in the work or admit that you didn't. And it'll be obvious cause the system works

Oh and if you think it revolves around "stretchy band thingys", you're in for a rude awakening
