Since the other one Sarge has going has flamed out, I'm going to start one that will be advanced every 3-5 days.
Details:
Heisman Difficulty
You can pick any team (first come, first serve)
Custom Conferences (ACC, SEC, BIG 12)
NO restarting whatsoever
Updated/Named rosters will be used
List your gamertag with the team you want in your post and you'll be invited. Serious players only!

As soon as we're able to get everyone to join. I can't customize anyone's schedule until everyone has joined, so I'm waiting for that. We might just start tonight with what we've got though.
