Man mike bell had 3 good games. if you think he was doing good your crazy. he broke 100 on Detroit...wow! he didn't do anything thats why he isn't a saint anymore

and deangelo williams are you crazy? has he had one healthy year?

After last game, and I know it was pass protection issues, I think we need to strengthen the O-line.

Wrong again! Bell broke 100 against Philly too. It was Bell's work ethic that was the reason he isn't a Saint. That & the fact he refused to change his cleats in the Super Bowl.

You are a fool if you don't think Mike Bell's hard running didn't contribute to the offense's success last year & Ivory's hard running is the reason the offense began its turned around during this season.

Brees will always be the main cog that makes this offense roll but a hard solid running game changes this offense from good to great due to the affect play action has LB's & safeties.


You laugh at the thought of DeAngelo Williams but what back in the Saints stable is the epitome of great health? Bush? Thomas? Ivory? Hamilton? The answer is none of the above. They all have had injuries the last few seasons & that's typical for any running back.


There's not many running backs that will carry the ball as much as Williams & not get banged up. He wouldn't be asked to tote the ball as much in the Saints offense which in turn would limit his chances of getting banged up.
