How many times has this board had this discussion? This is getting old--but one more time, Crowton has had plenty of time, 4 years, only one good year, the very first, when he inherited a 5th year QB he did not develop. He is supposed to develop QB's & call plays. He has done both very poorly & it is time for him to go. Hopefully, Les will take care of business & get a new OC after the Cotton Bowl.

Don't forget "Stud the Dud." We had one good O-Line(2007) that had been coached by Searles and since then our O-Line with "Stud" has been downhill for the most part.Just look at Auburn and Oregon and see what an O-Line can do for a team.Newton's O-Line gives him enough time that he could read a book. Oregon's O-Line opens holes that you could drive a truck through.

And an ultra-talented backup who could have won in spite of Crowton as well. Funny thing is, if RP had stayed this whole Crowton issue would only just now be taking off instead of being real, real old.
