Dude is a good offensive coordinator. Make him an offer he can't refuse.

Honestly i thought the same when I heard he definitely got the axe.We should be going after him. He's a great OC.Some are saying Leach may take that job.Friedgen may look for a lower level HC job though.

He would have to coach from the field due to weight limits on the elevator to the press box.

Ah, what could've been at LSU?

Fridge, Chief, Studsrawa, Haley, Laval, and Majerus..

LSU's Insurance Agent would've been fudging weight numbers on the policies, just a tad.

Bryan Harsin should be #1 on LSU's OC list.

If Friedgen became OC, I am sure he would get to pick a new OL coach, so Stud would be history.

Forgive my ignorance here. What kind of offense would we be looking at with Friedgen?

He was a multiple set guy at Georgia Tech as an OC. Shotgun one play, wishbone the next, power-I, then four wide. From what I've seen of Maryland though, as head coach he was more pro style.

Just a guess, since Miles has his hands in the offense, I'd imagine that it would look like a combination of Jimbo/Miles' & Crowton/Miles' offenses. (And yes, they ran the option at Ga Tech under the Fridge.)
