I travel a lot- and all chains tend to have quality issues, some are good in some places, some are never good, some are good sometimes but not all the time- Have not found a chain that is the exception yet

I think the rule is simple and effective- not a guarantee- but it beats the chains the odds of a bad meal at a chain

SO if you know a chain you do not think fits this rule let me know
