BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK. Why don't coaches ever learn this.
um, stoops is the head coach.
we get it, it crashed and burned at lsu. that doesn't mean it can't work.

wow when people don't know stuff they need to do a little research before spewing shite.
1) Norvell was already co-OC with Wilson and also had the WR coach title.
2) This has been the same with Stoops for a while now, he elevates a coach to OC from within the program when the other OC leaves.
And I wouldn't say it's been a disaster....
Only surprise here is that Heupel will be calling the plays, most people thought it would Norvell with Heupel as his co-OC.
