Not really. He rewards them $$$ wise, but job security is always a question with Jerry. He's constantly flushing people in and out etc. etc. Cuban really goes out of his way to take care of his guys.

I didn't really read any of that argument, so my comment had nothing to do with "hating the Cowboys." I was just speaking specifically about Cuban's role on the Mavs.

so the Mavs wouldn't cut guys that aren't good? Oh and just treating players well does not mean you are not a douche.

someone said people hate the Cowboys because Jerry is a douche. I think most people think Cuban is a douche or at least acts like one.
