In 20 years, I predict that coaches will be contracted out on a week to week basis. At the end of the game, the crowd's will either give a thumbs up or a thumbs down (a la Gladiator style) as to whether the coach will return to coach again the following week.

coaching and playcalling will be done by the "fans".
