Though Scott is "newer" to SEC honors, Kevin Faulk was the most significant tiger of the 1990's, and is the finest back in LSU History.
Yes, when his NFL career is finished (he will have as many as 3 Superbowl rings and maybe 4 or more) his number at LSU should be retired.
He also might have been the most important recruit in modern LSU football history.
