If Ridley stays I'll be happy. Let him earn his degree and be the starting RB for a contender next year

I know that both his parents are educators and it is important for them that he get his diploma.

They didnt really stack the box this year.
We were played pretty straight up. Our running game nor our passing game scared anyone.
People keep saying "they stacked the box" werent paying much attention.
I dont think Ridley breaks enough long runs to average more than 5.0 YPC or so. Anything under 5 is fairly average for college football.

he wouldn't even be listed statistically in the top-100 with less than a 5.42 ypc average
his is 4.6. he's a better RB than most of the top-100 ypc guys though.

The kid drives a Tahoe that his parents bought him. I am not saying he is rich, but he is far from poor.
Both of his parents are teachers I believe so I bet it would be pretty hard for him to convince them that he should leave before getting his diploma.

I didn't realize that Michael Ford got 41 carries this year for an average over 6 ypc.

I think he leaves. Especially after seeing what happened with Scott.
Scott would have been a 2nd or 3rd round pick if he left after his Junior year. He came back and fell to the 6th round after a poor offensive season and a late-season injury.

Our QB, OL, and WR situations should be improved or at least the same.
If I was him, I'd stay. He will not be a 1st or 2nd rounder so he should come back.
Unless he knows something about the RB rotation that we don't. Maybe he knows Ford, Ware, and Blue will be getting more carries.
I am also sure he knows best. He is a smart, smart young man and trust he will make the decision that is best for him.

I elaborated in another post.
The are not poor. They can afford his health insurance, to buy him a Tahoe, and can afford other things. He is not rich, but not really bad off like a bunch of these kids. Also, his parents are smart and he is smart.
