Thoughts? I kind of liked it being THE college game of the day. Don't have much of preference about it though.

Assuming Bama-Auburn moves back to Saturday.
Really whichever two teams are doing better would be THE game if they were both on Friday.

CBS signed a two year agreement between themselves and Bama and AU for the Friday game. That contract expires after this seasons contest and I've heard that the contract will not be renewed.
Arkansas Vs. LSU's ratings were quite a bit hire than those for Bama Vs. Auburn for the Friday game and It's rumored that CBS wants the Hogs and the Bengal Tigers back doing the Friday game once again.

I like it because it gives us one more day to rest if we make it to the SEC CG.
Granted, you only get fived days rest before the Arky game, but so do they, so it is a wash, there.
Next week, AU gets one more day to rest/prepare for USC.

It was announced back in August that the Iron Bowl will move back to Saturday next year.
LSU/Arkansas is being considered for the Friday game in 2011 & 2012.

No they weren't. Bama/Auburn on Friday in '09 was a 92% higher TV rating than LSU/Arkansas on Friday in '08.
