lead paint and asbestos abatment.....the windows themselves aren't that costly, but the setup to remove the windows safely and meet environmental standards is what costs the money.....

Makes sense, I hear dealing with asbestos is expensive.

Agreed, still not 2K per though. Disposal fee's are probly quite high
