I pray that your mom will do well. I am in the medical field and have seen many, many patients go through this surgery. I bet she comes through beautifully. I am praying for this.

The Doctor just called my dad. They are beginning to close. They found a blood vessel on top of the nerve. Dr.Secula said he was very optimistic on how the surgery went.

That was beautiful!

I am praying for you and your family.

The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?

She's in ICU. Sore neck. Not on any seizure medication and last I heard there was no shocking. They found a artery trapping the nerve and a blood vessel around the nerve. They put precautions up for both hope the condition doesn't reoccur. She was conscious but drowsy and sore. That's expected after a 4 hour brain surgery tho.
