even though Vick is a POS.....

major props to him for being able to comeback like this 
I didn't think he'd get back on another roster, didn't think a team would take a chance on him.
Never thought he'd EVER be a starting QB in the league....eating major crow on that one.
and nobody could've ever predicted how dominant he's been through the first half of this season.
what did he miss, 2 full seasons? still can't believe what he's doing, even as I type this

yup, two full seasons. I really don't think he's that big a POS at this point in his life.

i'll give him a second chance on earning a decent reputation. yeah he was quite the piece of shite but he also has seemed to clean himself up after jail

this. he's a great football player, but will forever be a POS to me.
the animal network had a really good documentary on Vick and his case a year or so back and it showed what his true character really was. While the investigation was in its infancy, and vick thought he would get off the hook, he was basically laughing in the face of the officers/investigators.

I think he's done his time, but you cannot erase the immoral actions that he performed.

I believed he would as long as he kept himself together.
He was a talented player then. He is now.

True. All the dog fighting he did back in the day I doubt if he's truely remorseful. He's just sorry he got caught. He just didn't fight a few dogs, he had a major ring going on. He LOVED that shite.

I know people who skip Saints games to go sit in a heated deer blind, bait innocent deer, and blow their brains out. That's called a "sport" too.
True you "eat" the deer after you brutally blow their brains out with your scoped rifle and Vick just disposed of his dog carcasses. I wonder if the deer was grateful that it was eaten instead of dumped in the woods. To be honest I doubt if it gives a shite. Dead is dead.
I'm not saying I disagree with deer hunting on a societal level. I'm saying that our social mores of what is and isn't acceptable is fricking retarded.
Either animals are here for our enjoyment, nourishment, pleasure, service or they arent. What's up with this protecting of different species because of social norms?
