Andolsek was of the scariest Tigers of all time. I guarantee you, Fairley could play all four years of Division 1 NCAA football and not line up against one guy quite like Eric Andolsek.

I'm not the one on the field trying to hurt anyone. Fairley is. The man actually plays dirty with the intent on hurting players. I don't wish it on him,but if the scenario played out like I described before, it would serve him right for trying to hurt other people and being cocky about it.

I cannot stand Fairley. Rooting against Cam Newton is one thing but we can't deny that he has legit talent. Fairley may be talented too, but he's a dirty, deranged player. He'll get what he deserves.

Looked up Andolsek to get more information and read about the tragic way he died. Wow, I vaguely remember that but the story was heartbreaking.

Yes it was, his sister and nephews watched as he was hit by the truck. Thank God they were young at the time and barely remember it. Eric was the biggest and strongest he had ever been at the time of his death. If I remember right, he had went some 2 years in the league without giving up a sack. True story, The Fridge, use to call him before they played each other and would ask him to take it easy on him during the game, not to make him look to bad.

Andolsek was one of the strongest linemen I've ever seen. He always had this teammate's back. You went after his QB, he went into another zone.

After Andolsek passed, Detroit's offense went down the tubes. Hell, Sanders was Barry without Andolsek blowing up the guy in front of him. The rest the Lions line sucked donkey balls...Sanders was COMPLETELY on his own. Detroit fans still talk about 'the tragedy.'
