I agree, 2 hours is too long. Good show, but same format every time. Back-to-back makes it repetitive.

i usually end up fast forwarding through most of the second hour.

They killed the show for me when they went to the 2 hours back to back episode format in the summer.

Odd because I love the show, but two hours of it made me hate it.

I didn't finish the summer season and have watched none of this season and have no interest to watch it anymore.

it is filmed as such. When the 2nd hours starts, it has the recap from the previous hour as well as the opening credits.

I have no problem with them showing 2 hours a week since I DVR the show, but I wish I could delete the 1st hour after I finish watching it. having to watch both episodes in order to delete them is some bullshite. I just finished catching up on this season last week because my DVR was filling it

yea the show is actually kind of pointless. They all seem to suck. The winner will work at that restaurant for like a month then quit because they suck so bad

I watched the first couple of seasons then lost interest. As a cooking show, it sucks. Most of the contestants couldn't hold a job at Denny's, much less run a restaurant. I realize it's reality tv and they're going to do what they can to make it as dramatic as possible, but this show in particular has gotten pretty ridiculous.

7 times in a row.....Lobster was raw or rubber......

and the Italian guy w/ the raw Gnocchi...

Yes, these chef's might last a few weeks at Denny's but not much more.
