I dont always like to look at scoring as an indicator of how potent a team is offensively. Check FG% amongst other things can dictate how good a team is on the offensive side.
Hornets Stats:
FGA/G- 76.8
FG%- 47.1%
FTA/G- 25.2
FT%- 78.1%

I know he's hit big shots but Arizas fg % overall is in the low .300's im pretty sure.
